Hello beauties!

Rouge Bunny Rouge Sweet Excesses Glassy Gloss in Fleur Parfait shade has entered my makeup collection just in time for fall. I’m already familiar with this kind of formula as this is not the only shade I own and you might remember RBR Crisp Sorbet Glassy Gloss review with swatches and photos that I posted in the past. If you are looking for nudes and natural lip shades please check out my recent RBR Fall 2015 Lip Products (swatches, photos).

Rouge Bunny Rouge Fleur Parfait Sweet Excesses Glassy Gloss (€28.00 / £19.89 / $29.00 for 7.5 ml / 0.254 fl oz)  is officially described as cushiony-soft semi-opaque mauve pink, with subtle silver highlights.

It’s a medium cool toned nude mauve pink with a luminous silver pearl and an intense shiny finish. I simply adore how beautiful, nude and natural this color looks on me so if you have a light skin tone you should definitely try it out as it can easily become your day to day gloss. It gives lips a fresh, plump appearance due to its intense shine that creates that illusion of wet lips which makes them appear fuller. I used it on its own but also applied over a RBR Colour Burst Lipstick.

The color gives a semi opaque coverage, it changed a bit the natural color of my lip but it still managed to remained natural. It is the kind of shade that can be worn on a daily basis, that makes the perfect choice to pair it with a smoky or intense makeup look.

The formula is moisturizing, non sticky or tacky at all and feels incredibly lightweight and comfortable on the lips. It has a light to medium consistency that glides effortlessly across the lip without pulling and smooths away fine lines without sinking into them. If you have dry lips this is definitely a gloss that you should consider trying out as it has moisturizing properties but it also contains Vitamin E that works as an anti-oxidant.

The color wore well on me for about 3 hours without eating but I did drink some water a couple of times and it resisted considerably well. Obviously if you are going to have a meal you should keep RBR Fleur Parfait Glassy Gloss close by and reapply it afterwards.

The packaging is simple and elegant as the gloss comes in a small thick plastic tube with a black cap and has a doe-footed applicator. I must admit the applicator doesn’t quite pick up enough product for a single application so I needed to dip it in 2-3 times to get a nice, even color.
