Use your eyelashes: Let the mascara dry out prior to application or use directly on the lashes without mascara. Apply glitter on the eyelashes. Brush the product from root to end, or drop the gel so the glitter spread over the lashes. The gel can be used in the same way as eyeliner.

Oh, Northern Lights….I remember that collection even if it was back in 2012. The eyeshadow quad was right up my alley with those lilac tones. 🙂
