Tom Ford Winter Soleil Holiday 2017 Collection launched yesterday in UK. So before everything will be sold out I want to show you swatches and tell you a bit about the products. I already showed you live swatches on Instagram but since I got the chance to try all of the products here are some insights.

Tom Ford Winter Soleil Holiday 2017 Collection
Tom Ford Lavender Lure Sheer Check Duo ($80.00 / £59.00) is my favorite product from this collection. The new Lavander Lure color is right up my alley so expect my review next. I totally bought this one and the colors are beautiful, pigmented or sheer if you want to apply them with a light hand.
Tom Ford Soleil Eye & Cheek Palette ($155.00 / £98.00) has four eyeshadows, one highlighter and a blusher. I love the color combination of all the shades and I’m down for shimmers, especially during the holiday season. The colors’ pigmentation hasn’t really blown me away though. The ones that performed better where the three eyeshadows (not the purple one). The purple eyeshadow had a sheer color coverage with fine sparkle. I would use this one over a creamy eyeshadow or as a topper. It doesn’t really perform well on its own but it does look beautiful on top of other shades.
I actually saw the Sale Assistant wearing this shade on top of another eyeshadow and looked beautifully, but not very intense or pigmented. You can see what I mean from the swatches bellow.
Moving on to the new Tom Ford Lip Slick ($54.00 / £40.00) shades. I have swatches bellow for all of them. They look a bit sheer, while the formula is oil-infused, a bit liquidy but comfortable on the lips. I personally like a sheer lip coverage as well but on this case I didn’t really like the packaging. I had to turn the base of the packaging about 30 times (because they were all brand new) until the product dispense through the rollerball. Yes, these new lip slicks come with a roll-on or rollerball applicator type. I’m not a fan of this type of applicator, because for me it means no precision during the application. I can use this at home but I would trust myself with it in public when I want a quick retouch of my lip color.
The formula is very comfortable on the lips, feels very nourishing and hydrating. In the end we are talking about an elixir infused with jojoba oil and coconut oil. It will leave a non sticky sensation with a shiny and juicy finish. I would expect intense and opaque color coverage out of these shades.
The collection also features Tom Ford Radiant Moisture Souffle ($98.00 / £70.00) that hydrates and illuminates skin. It has a whipped cream texture and features an exclusive infusing complex that will refresh you fatigued (tired) skin. The texture has small golden pearls that will enhance your natural glow and give you a radiant look.
