Lancome Grandiose Mascara, YSL Rouge Pur Couture, YSL Black Opium

by Tavia

Hello beauties!

From #MakeupSecretSantaByBeautyBarometer (movie) Event, couldn’t have missed the high-end products. A part of them were represented by Lancome Grandiose Mascara, YSL Rouge Pur Couture in a cute but luxurious deluxe sample size and a dose of one of my favorite fragrances, YSL Black Opium (review, photos). The rumors were true, so I really got addicted to YSL Black Opium Eau de Parfum right from the first sniff, to the point that I wanted to feel it on my skin at every hour of the day, and kept it on my nightstand for weeks so I can get my dose.

Romania – now at Douglas, Kendra, Marionnaud, Sephora

Lancome Grandiose Mascara is not a newness anymore, but it’s new to me, as I didn’t get the change to try it. I’ve been a fan of Lancome Mascaras since I can remember and when I started Chicprofile, I posted my first review for Lancome Hypnose, Fatale and Definicils (swatches, photos). I had them all, every version of Lancome mascaras, except the new Grandiose, so I couldn’t be more excited to try it out in the upcoming weeks.

YSL Rouge Pur Couture Lipstick is in the shade No.1, a classy glamorous red, which I wore on my lips a couple of times and will get a well deserved review soon. I love the formula of this type of lipstick and proof of that stands my new purchase of YSL Fuchsia Rouge Pur Couture (review, swatches) which I love to death. I won’t say that I’m suddenly into red shades and gave up pinks and purples but from time to time a girl needs a devilish red lipstick color on her lips.

I am really pleased that you love the YSL Opium because it has been my long time favourite ever since it was released decades ago. Just love that spicy, rich scent that is so unique.
The lipstick is a glorious shade and I just love the colour. I would love to try the Lancome mascara, but it is so expensive here in Australia and because this product’s self life is so limited, I tend to only buy cheaper ones. But I am sure it is good.

I actually loved YSL Opium since I first sniffed it, really. I just love spicy and mysterious accords like Spicebomb V&R, and I used to be crazy in love for Fand di Fendi cuz of its leather accords, Valentino V (white) from Valentino which was discontinued. 🙂 I think we might have the same taste in fragrances. 🙂
