Seems like today it’s the perfect day for writing lip glosses reviews and I’m down to Exposed lip gloss from Smashbox Naked Beauty Summer 2010 collection.
Exposed lip gloss is one of the 8 mini lip glosses included in Naked Beauty Lip Gloss collection for summer 2010. The price of the entire collection is $ 25.00 and each lip gloss contains 1.40 ml ( 0.04 fl) of product.
Naked Beauty collection is available @ Smashbox, Nordstrom and beauty stores.
Exposed lip gloss is a bubble gum pink shade and definitely the most pinkish shade from the entire collection judging the color in the tube. It looks like a sweet pink and possible vibrant color in the tube but once it will be on your lips the things change.

The texture is milky but kind of sticky once it’s applied on the lips. I don’t wanna say that your lips will feel sticky but it has the right combination to keep the color on your lips for a few hours. It’s a great shade for those with fair skin and can be used for a day to day look, especially if you are into natural shades when it comes to makeup.

I admit that I like a bright pink on my lips but now with the summer season knocking at my door I use naked colors on my lips after a good tan. It looks kind of sheer indeed but I like the wet lips effect and shine.

You can try applying this shade on top of a vibrant pink lipstick for extra shine and glossy effect. 🙂 The applicator is great, I like the mini brush.

I would still love to have the color from the tube on my lips but I like even the naked color that results after application. I guess the entire collection will look different on the lips since it’s all about naked colors.
I hope this review was fun and helpful for you guys. I would love to hear your opinions. 🙂
