Smashbox Bare Lip Gloss from Naked Beauty 2010 Summer Collection – Review, Photos, Lip Swatches

by Tavia

Hi everyone

I’m ready for a new lip gloss review from Smashbox Naked Beauty 2010 Summer Collection. This time I’m gonna talk to you about Bare mini lip gloss.

Naked Beauty Mini Lip Gloss collection is available @Smashbox, Nordstrom and beauty shops from May 2010. The entire lip gloss collection can be purchased at $ 25.00 and each mini lip gloss contains .40 ml ( 0.04 fl) of product.

If you are a fan of natural makeup and naked colors then you will definitely love the colors from this collection. Most of them are really sheer on the lips, shiny and with a natural look.

Bare lip gloss is a sandwashed pink, with a milky texture and very small shimmering particles. It was really hard to photograph a swatch, because the shade it’s so close to my skin tone.

As you can see, I was right. The color looks more like a milky pink and it’s sheer on the lips. The wet lips effect it’s pretty cool but if you want a pigmented lip gloss, keep looking.

Being one of those lip glosses with a creamy milky texture it won’t feel sticky on your lips but it won’t last so long also.

Not much of a difference when it comes to color. 🙂 The application was a pleasure, the brush works just fine, and the smell it’s really pleasant.

I hope you had fun reading this review. I would love to hear from you so please leaves us a comment. 🙂
