Even though I swatches so many Shiseido’s lipsticks over the years, it was only last week that I got my first Perfect Rouge. The shade I’ve got is named RD 732 Blush and is part of Shiseido Makeup Collection Fall Winter 2013 (swatches & photos) but it’s a repromote shade as it been in the Shiseido range for a while.

Shiseido Perfect Rouge in RD 732 Blush ($25.00/ £22.00) is a nude pink with yellow undertones and natural shine. It hanatural, warm pink warm nude pink. It’s a natural shade, very pigmented and with a good color payoff that looks opaque on the lips from one swipe. It has a light buttery texture with nurturing ingredients that kept my lips moisturized and made look naturally smooth and shiny.
The color is really intense and pigmented and is applies nicely across the lip without settling into lip lines. It has a non sticky formula and feels so light without drying out the lips. Perfect Rouge has a sculpted shape and angle designed to create a beautiful finish with just one stroke and if you fully open your lipstick you will notice the Shiseido Tokyo writing as a promise that you will use this lipstick till the end.
Shiseido Perfect Rouge lipsticks contains Hyaluronic acid which helps hold moisture in so your lips will feel moisturized throughout the day. Indeed my lips were soft and smooth and they weren’t dry or chapped after 6 hours wear, because this is how long this RD 732 Blush shade lasted on my lips (without having a decent meal). If you do decide to wear this shade and go out for dinner or any meal you will have to reapply the color afterwards as it won’t last.

Oh, I’m happy you like it because I still don’t see myself wearing this shade pretty often. I do love the texture and pigmentation but I can’t see myself wearing something other than pink or even a more natural and sheer color 🙂
