Rouge Bunny Rouge Tongue Tickles Sheer Lipstick Review, Swatches, Photos

by Tavia

Hello pretties!

Have a look at the new Tongue Tickles shade of Rouge Bunny Rouge Sheer Lipstick that I got along with some other amazing spring 2015 makeup items last month. I’ve been wearing this shade a lot, mostly during the day as it’s such a beautiful and natural pink that gives your lips an instant fresh look. Even though it looks like a light coraly pink in the tube once you apply it on your lips it changes to a beautiful rosy white pink.

Rouge Bunny Rouge Sheer Lipstick in Tongue Tickless (€24.00/ $27.50/ £18.15 for 3.8 g / 0.13 oz) is officially described as a sheer, shiny pale carnation pink with a white shimmer. I see it as a light warm sweet pink with a white shimmer and intense shine. It’s definitely a luminous color that looks beautiful on the lips and even though it delivers quite a decent amount of coverage it still keeps a translucency. Tongue Tickless is the kind of shade that will complement any fair to light complexion as it doesn’t look too bright or intense, just perfect for a fresh pink lip, but will also fit those with medium complexions.

It has a super soft creamy formula that makes the lipstick glides easily and evenly across the lips making them softer and smooth. It delivers a fair amount of color just in one swipe but it doesn’t give you a full color coverage, looking a bit sheer, just the kind of color you want to natural looking lips. It doesn’t feel tacky and it doesn’t skin into lip lines either. I felt my lips soft and smooth from beginning to end due to this lipstick’s hydrating dew finish formula. It also keeps lips from feeling dry and protects against aging due to its Hop Extract and Vitamin E. Marine Filling Spheres fill in fine lines and wrinkles; Sepilift provides a firming action and re-sculpts the lips to fullness.

The color wore well for 3 and half hours on me and it’s truly the kind of shade that warms up the face, just perfect for spring.

Lovely colour, but I think it is a little too rosy for me.
