NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk & Black Bean – Preview & Swatches

by Tavia

Hello sweeties!

Last week I ordered the already famous NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils in #604 Milk and #601 Black Bean. NYX is one of my favorite makeup brands but unfortunately it wasn’t promoted as it should have in my country so the products can be purchased mostly online. I’ve been using the NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk a long time ago and now I wanted to purchase a new one but I decided to try also the black shade. If don’t know by now NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils are basically radiant eye liners that also doubles as an eyeshadow and can be very well used as an eyeshadow base. They are available in 32 shades and they all have a creamy texture which makes them glide effortlessly without pulling, tugging or fading.

NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in #604 Milk is a creamy matte white and I consider this product as must have for every girl who takes her makeup seriously. Used as an eyeshadow base it enhances and intensifies the color applied on top and prevents any fall out from glitters, pigments, loose eyeshadows and holodiam powders. I find it very bright to be worn alone or as a highlighter especially if you are medium to dark skin tone.

I also like to use it as an eyeliner and line my waterline because it’s so smooth and glides easily without irritating my waterline and can also make my eyes look brighter especially when I’m tired or I didn’t get to much sleep. Another use for it is to add some luminosity to your inner corners of the eye to brighter a bit that area or if you want you can also use it on the brow bone also to add luminosity.

NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in #601 Black Bean is a creamy matte black which can be used as an eyeliner or makeup base to intensify your eyeshadow and add more dimension and obviously to keep those glittery eyeshadows, pigments and loose poweders from falling out to your cheeks or under the eye.

I will include both pencils into my future makeup looks very soon, meanwhile enjoy more photos…

I would love to read your comments about these shades, if you like them if you already use them and in what way. 🙂

I usually use Milk on my waterline to obtain an optical illusion of a bigger eye. I think I will buy Black Bean also to use on my waterline (for evening looks).
