Hello sweeties!
I wore this Light Blue Summer Makeup last week at the MAC Autumn Winter 2015 Trends event (info, video, photos). I wanted to create something very light, day time appropriate but still have that pop of color so I decided upon a light blue shade. Lately I’ve been playing a lot with blue, green and coral shades, exactly the ones that I rarely choose to wear but I guess this summer I’m in a mood for bright and intense colors.

Very pretty makeup! I like that there’s not too much blue, but it’s still visible.
I wanted just a light touch of blue as I was planning on wearing that blue blouse and it would have been too much otherwise. 🙂
Great makeup – and these colours really do suit you. When I wear blue/green or grey eye shadow, I often pair it with a ginger/peach/coral lipstick. Pale blue eye shadow really suits younger people like you, as for me (I am much older), I tend to wear a very light touch of smoky blue. Shiseido’s Snow Shadow has the perfect navy in it.
This is a makeup look that I rarely have the courage to wear, as you know I’m not friends with blue shadows. 🙂 Thank you for all the nice words that you always say. Well I’m not that young anymore, I’m deep in my 30’s 🙂
Very beautiful! I like the lighting of the first and last photo. Big hugs from Greece!
Hi Amalia! The wall were painted in blue and that’s why the entire blue effect :)) Kisses! Enjoy the summer!
