Bobbi Brown Intensive Skin Serum Foundation 2015

by Tavia

Hello beauties!

Bobbi Brown presents Intensive Skin Serum Foundation SPF 40, a new liquid foundation that goes beyond the surface, beautifying skin with a powerful combination of serum ingredients. Bobbi Brown Intensive Skin Serum Foundation SPF 40 comes in 16 shades and it’s idea for normal to dry skin. I was so excited to try it out since I read a couple review of this serum foundation but having a combination skin type this won’t really benefit my complexion.

It’s said to have a light and creamy formula but as not as liquidy as you would expect from a serum foundation that comes in a bottle with a dropper. It gives skin a healthy appearance by evening out skin tone so you will have a flawless and natural look with every use.

I like the concept, but I am not sure how it would work in practice. Some people might be allergic to the serum properties, others it wouldn’t suit (like yourself) because of combination skin issues. I think this is targeted to a specific audience. You would have to trial it to see how it worked for you. Hmmm. It is probably very expensive too.

Bobbi Brown states it’s meant for dry to normal skin types so that’s why I’m afraid it wouldn’t perform so well on oily or combination skin types like mine. I like the concept and the packaging as it would be interesting to try out and see how practical it is to use. Now regarding the price is only 39 pounds so I would say quite normal for a Bobbi Brown foundation.
