I just received a hot piece of information from Max Factor. They are getting ready to launch Vibrant Curve Effect Lip Gloss. This very new lip gloss has been seen in the SS 2010 catwalks.
Makeup artists have used the Vibrant Curve Effect Lip Gloss to create special makeup looks for those beautiful models. I’m very happy to know that lip glosses have been back on the catwalk for the last couple of seasons.

Today was a busy day for me but it’s finally coming to an end. I finished reviewing all the Lipfinity products by Max Factor so here is the Round-up of these gorgeous lip products.
I really enjoyed testing and wearing them and I have to say that indeed they are long lasting. Kiss proof, waterproof, food proof and party proof, all of these are completely true. They might not last 10 or 12 hours without retouching but I can guarantee you a period of 6-8 hours. I’ve tested all these lip products on myself and I’m 100% satisfied with their quality and price. Not all the colors were among my favorite but I’m sure you girls will find among these 7 shades at least one that you will like.
My last review of the Max Factor Lipfinity Colour & Gloss series will be the Radiant Red 560. As I said in my previous reviews (Shimmering Pink and Luminous Petal) this is a 2 in 1 product that is meant to add vibrant color on your lips after the first step and bring glamorous glossy effect after the second step.
The texture of this colour gloss is the same like the others two and has the same amazing long lasting effect. The only difference in this review will be the new color.
Radiant Red 560 it’s a vibrant red but looks more like a bright coral mixed with classic red. The result is a satin red color. I’m not into red so this is not a color that I will use everyday (although many people said that it looks good on me) but for those of you who are looking for new red shades for spring, this one could be my suggestion.
The glossy top coat it’s a transparent gloss with small particles of red color in between. I didn’t try to apply it alone but I’m curious how it will look.
First Step: The color base
Radiant Red – Step 1
The color is beautiful, easy to apply, it doesn’t leave lines, doesn’t clump between your lips leaving that anesthetic line. The texture is soft and creamy but light in the same time. After few seconds the base will dry and you will have a matte effect. If you like the matte color you can forget about the second step but I think your lips will become dry. The say that the New Colour & Gloss by Max Factor is the next generation of lip colour and delivers the most high impact shine your lips will ever experience!
I say it’s a product in 2 steps:
First step is a rich colour base coat that fills your lips in rich color.
Second step is a multidimensional glossy top coat that creates a 3D highlight effect.
The colour that I’m going to review today it’s Shimmering Pink 500, a beautiful satin pink color. It’s needless to say that I’m in love with pink. As you can see from these swatches, the base it’s a pastel pink, not shimmery but it has its own glow. The glossy top coat it’s a very pale pink, more like a transparent shimmering one and I dare to say that it’s beautiful if you decided to apply it alone on your lips (without the base colour).
You all know I’m addicted to lip glosses! You know I’m crazy about pink shades! I’m always buying new lip glosses hoping that someday I will find the perfect one, that will stick on my lips for hours, making them shine.
Luminous Petal – with flash
Well ladies, I finally found it. My new favorite lip gloss is Lipfinity Colour&Gloss in Luminous Petal 530 by Max Factor.
I have to admit that in the beginning I was kind of skeptical about this double-ended lipstick and I really didn’t got the feeling that a liplogss in 2 steps will be right choice. Well I was definitely wrong.
The Lipfinity Colour&Gloss does exactly what it’s suppose to do. First step is to add color to your lips, and trust me the rich color base will assure your lips a strong, vibrant color that will last on your lips for hours to come.
Luminous Petal – step 1 – no flash
After I’ve applied the color base (step 1) I saw that my lips were shiny but they had some visible lines. After a few minutes they become a little bit matte, so because I wanted full glossy lips, I took the second step. The multi-dimensional glossy top coat will create a stunning 3D highlight and lowlight effect. The color is a sheer pink and if you want you can use it separate for a natural looking lips with some sparkle on them.
