Parisax Lilas Lipstick – Review, Photos & Swatches

by Tavia

Hello lovelies!

One of my favorite shades this summer when it comes to lipstick is the new Parisax lipstick in #18 Lilas, included in the new shades of Parisax Summer 2013 Lipstick Collection (info, photos & lip swatches). This lipstick was offered to me by Parisax Professional for testing and review purposes and even though I’m not a lipstick girl, this shade was on my lips frequently in the past few weeks.

Now @parisax.com, @completebeauty.ro, @parisax.fr

Parisax Lilas Lipstick (€ 10.70/ 57.00 Lei) is light lilac pink with blue undertones and subtle sheen. It has the same creamy almost buttery like texture like all the others Parisax lipsticks I’ve tried. The consistency is creamy, feeling lightweight on the lips and keeping them moisturized for hours. It glides on the lips gently providing an opaque color without settling into lip lines. It’s very easy to apply Parisax Lilas as it takes only one sweep to provide a beautiful opaque lilac color with a discreet sheen. It feels so comfortable and soft on the lips and it’s applied evenly and easily without needing to apply a lip balm first.

It’s a really beautiful shade, providing a subtle lilac color without being too much and it’s perfect to be worn during the day. I had 5 to 6 hours of wear with this formula, without drying or staining my lips. Parisax Lilas is a color that will complement anyone from light and fair to medium skin tones but I believe it could work even on darker and olive skin tones.

If you want a super glossy finish and an extra pop of color you can choose a matching color lip gloss from the new Parisax Summer 2013 Lip Gloss Collection (info & swatches).
