Today I payed a visit to Make Up For Ever Studio to buy some new products especially since you know how much I was expecting the Holodiam Holiday 2012 Collection (info & photos) and the last time I was there to check out the new Make Up For Ever Holodiam Powders (photos & preview) I promised to myself to return soon and buy my favorite shade.

All the new Holodiam Powders are limited edition and were specially created for the holiday season because they are so glittery, vibrant and metallic that you can create the perfect look for a holiday party, Christmas evening or a special event.
My favorite shade and the one that I bought is Holodiam Powder #302 (1 g/ 0.035 oz – $25.00/ 112.00 Lei full price) which is a plum with pink purple turquoise highlights. This product is an extremely fine loose powder with a pearlescent finish and extremely shiny like a Diamond Powder with muti reflection color and high pay off. You can use it on cheeks and eyes, wet or dry and in different combination. Because it’s a loose powder you should patted onto a glitter eye primer (I used Sephora glitter eye primer), sticky eyeshadow base, cream eyeshadow or matte eyeshadow. I would recommend to use it on top of MUFE Aqua Cream and this shade goes extremely well with Aqua Cream #17 Plum.
I tested this shade first over the Too Faced Eyeshadow primer and looks very shiny and pigmented but over the glitter eye primer it has a metallic finish and looks every more pigmented.
Together with this product I received a free MUFE Mist & Fix Make-up Fixer Mist (30 ml/ 0.84 fl oz – $10.00) that I can’t wait to try and compare it with my Model in a Bottle & MAC Fix + Spray ( review & photos).
I’ve also bought a MUFE Brush Cleanser Solution (210 ml/ 7.10 fl oz – $18.00/ 57.00 full price) because I needed something that will help me clean the brushes very quickly, to protect and strengthens the brush hair but also to condition the brushes’ hair and make them soft and supple after each cleaning. I did test it on all of my brushes earlier and I will return very soon with more details in a full review.
