Yesterday I paid a visit to MAC so I can check out in person the new makeup items of this season. This week MAC Moody Blooms Summer 2014 Collection (color story, visuals, high-end photos) just hit counters so I took photos and swatches to show you what the new shades look like in case you haven’t had time yet to stop by your local MAC store. I’m sure you’ve already seen the promo images of the new products so you already know this is a fun, colorful and versatile makeup collection, featuring quite a large palette of shades and finishes. It’s the kind of summer collection that can easily grab anyone’s attention as it’s so easy to find at least 2 or 3 favorite shades.

MAC Moody Blooms Summer 2014 Collection Swatches
The new Sheen Supreme Lipsticks available in six shades, one of them is repromote but all are rich and pigmented while the formula is super creamy. These actually started melting on my arm when I tried to swatch them, as the formula was so buttery so you’ll have to keep them in a cooler place.
Unfortunately in Romania the collection arrived incomplete as the new Sheen Supreme Lipglass Tints are missing as well as one of the single eyeshadows in Lucky Green. The MUA there choose to replace the Lucky Green shade with Sunny Pot which is a dupe if you are really looking for a midtone lime, the difference is only in the finish as Lucky Green is matte comparing to the original veluxe pearl.
