Recently I received from La Mer their new Reparative Body Lotion and I was so happy when I got the package because as I said in my official post I was so curious about trying this lotion.
I admit I don’t use lotions and body creams as often as I should, I simply forget to apply them, but along the years I had a couple that got me using them till the end. I hope La Mer Reparative Body Lotion will do the same. I tried it a little bit just the other day and I must tell you it smells divine. It’s a discreet clean smell (not so intense like La Mer face & eye creams) and persists on the skin for hours.
I love the packaging for this lotion, the sleek green tube and the elegant pump that facilitates the process of application. I love that this pump will give you only a small amount of product which can also be seen in the photo. The lotion is very quickly and fully absorbed into the skin and you can instantly feel it hydrated.
It’s recommended to be used after shower or bathing to pamper your skin. It is a miraculous lotion which acts like an anti-aging serum to the body, renewing and smoothing on contact.
Contains Miracle Broth, along with the Reparative Ferment and a unique Marine Ferment which help to revitalize and firm the skin. If you have dry, damaged or irritated skin this lotion helps soothing. It said that over time, age spots are brightened, texture is smoothed and lines and wrinkles appear diminished.
What I really like is the instant hydration that my skin receives and because of that I won’t even have to use it everyday.
The same as other La Mer products The Reparative Body Lotion is a luxury product and retails for $150.00 for 200 ml (6.7 fl oz). It is available right now online @cremedelamer.com and at worldwide department store. I know that this is a huge price and many cannot afford it but from my experience with La Mer skincare and makeup products I can tell you they are very concentrate and they will last longer than other products. I had face and eye creams that I used for 6 months and the results were just amazing.
