Essence 4 Ever Young Nail Polish Review, Swatches, Photos

Hello beauties!

This summer I’m all in for colors! Brights, neons, intense and strong vibrant shades will be on my nails for the entire hot season. Essence 4 Ever Young nail polish is one of these, definitely a joyful and vibrant new shade.

Essence 4 Ever Young nail polish (€1.55 / 9 Lei for 8 ml/ 0.27 fl oz) is an intense medium reddish coral with a natural shiny finish. It has a good color coverage being almost opaque in one coat and definitely revealing its true intensity after the second coat. It has a light liquid formula that glides easily and evenly across the nails.

The application went flawlessly which in my case is rare when I test a drugstore nail polish but this time I had no streaking, bubbling or pulling along the edges of the nail.

It’s a true intense and vibrant shade, just perfect for summer, one that will definitely add that pop of color to your nails. It dries pretty fast and leaves behind a gorgeous shine which I amplified with a thin coat of Essence Gel Top Coat.

As always I kept for comparison my right hand nails only in two coats of Essence 4 Ever Young but without layering any top coat. Take a look at the photos bellow and see how this nail polish looks like after 5 days wear.

I just want to mention that I had a small accident in the kitchen and that’s why the polish from my index finger (left hand) looks like this. The color was still vibrant and intense, without signs of fading but on the nails where I’ve applied top coat it chipped a bit at the ends.

On the other nails where I haven’t applied the new Essence Gel Top Coat the polish looks a bit mattified and shows visible tip wear.
