Clarins Joli Rouge Velvet Matte Lipstick is a new lipstick line that will be launching in 2018. Joli Rouge Velvet Matte evolves from the classic Joli Rouge with a moisturizing formula and takes the finish to a completely matte one without a drying sensation. The colors are saturated and rich while the formula is enriched with the Velvet Booster complex.

You will have fresh and moisturized lips for no less than six hours thanks to the organic watermelon extract. The formula also includes apricot oil which is known for its nourishing properties. So all this makes me really curious to see if the new matte formula is so promising. I usually don’t get along to well with matte lipsticks and I have only a few favorites.
