Dual-Ended Brow Definer/Groomer Brush – New – $34.00

The perfect, two-in-one tool for polished and defined brows. Includes an angled brush end with stiff bristles for applying Long-Wear Brow Gel and a spoolie brush end for combing brow hairs.

Brow Definer: Features an angled blend of short, stiff bristles to apply the Brow Gel with maximum accuracy. It’s ideal for filling in and outlining the perimeter of the brow.
