My next lip gloss review from Smashbox Naked Beauty Summer 2010 Collection will be Sun Kissed.
Sun Kissed is one of the 8 mini lip glosses included in this collection, that it’s already available for sale @ Smashbox, Nordstrom and beauty shops starting from this month. The whole Mini Lip Gloss Collection costs $ 25.00 and each lip gloss contains 1.40 ml ( 0.04 fl) of product.
The whole collection is about natural colors but Sun Kissed is the darkest color from all 8 lip glosses. It’s a shimmering golden brown that will look great with a natural tan, but for me is not exactly my favorite shade.

The color in the tube looks like chocolate but once you get it on your lips is not that vibrant, so don’t be afraid of trying it. On the other hand if you are really searching for darker browns this is not it since it’s turning into a naked brown on your lips. I wouldn’t recommend it to those with fair skin, but there are enough of pretty colors in this collection for every skin color type. 🙂

The color looks very shiny and gloss, the shimmering particles are really noticeable and gives a nice effect and it’s definitely a color for summer 2010.
I worn Sun Kissed lip gloss a few days ago, unfortunately was windy in that day and my hair got stuck to my lips a few times. Comparing to Buff lip gloss from the same collection, I must say this one has a little bit sticky texture.
This collection contains lip glosses with different textures for every taste, so if you are after those milky watery textures you may wanna choose another color from Naked Beauty Lip Gloss collection.
I like the applicator, although it’s small (normal for a mini lip gloss) it delivers enough product on my lips, great application, no lines left behind.

The scent is delicate and pleasant. Sun Kissed lip gloss lasted on my lips for about 4-5 hours but of course the color was fading after I had dinner. 🙂

Girl, you have great lips! And that colour looks great on you; any darker and it wouldn’t have been complimentary to your skin tone.

Hi Mary! Unfortunately this is the only color from the whole collection that I’m not so thrilled about. I think it’s too dark for my skin and actually I don’t like brown lip glosses 🙂
