I’ve came upon some very interesting photos of upcoming Chanel products that were tweeted by Kavalerievna. The launch date is yet to be announced but at least we should know to expect the new Chanel Les Beiges Compact Powder SPF 15. As you can see from the promo image Gisele Bündchen is the new face of Chanel beauty 2013 campaign.

The new powder has a lightweight texture and provides a natural finish. It can be used alone or apply on top of your makeup for a mattifying effect. The powder will be available in five shades and the names will be released later on. The packaging is a square case with a built-on mirror that opens to 130 º and contains a natural brush. I’m happy to present the new Shiseido Camellia Compact for Fall – Winter 2012. Since 2012 marks Shiseido’s 140th anniversary they distilled all those years of beauty into Camellia Compact. I also have three makeup face-charts with mini tutorials for Holiday 2012, all created by Dick Page, but more about them in a future post.
Shiseido’s trademark camellia motif is part of Shiseido’s culture. In addition to the camellia being a long beloved plant in Japan, it was the favorite flower of Shiseido’s first president, Shinzo Fukuhara. The camellia logo first appeared in 1915, after Shinzo himself designed the prototype for it. The bloom pointing upward represents aspiratio, while the camellia that points down represents modesty. The idea is that by balancing these virtues on the inside, a person can achieve true beauty.
