My package from Essie – Navigate Her Collection & Resort Collection for Spring 2012 – Swatches & Preview

Hello lovelies!

Today I got a package from Essie with some of their newest shades from Navigate Her Collection (info, promo photos & prices) and Resort Collection (info, promo photos & prices). I’ve already posted official information regarding these 2 nail polish collections and if you’ve missed it you can click on the link and have a quick look.

Navigate Her Collection is already available international at beauty salons and online @essie.com and includes 6 shades ($8.00 each).

Now in Romania!

One of the good news is that we are having this collection also available in Romania starting 1 March 2012. You can order the new colors from Navigate Her Collection online @fendissimadistribution.ro (44.50 Lei). Fendissima Distribution is the official representative of Essie nail polish in Romania so they will have listed all of Essie new products on their website. They were so kind to send me these nail polishes so I’m making this short preview to show you swatches and I will post reviews of each nail polish in the upcoming days.

I got from this collection only two shades that I like most: Ole Caliente and Tour de Finance.

Resort Collection will also be launched internationally in March 2012 and in Romania on 15 March 2012 (@fendissimadistribution.ro). As I said before is a mini collections which includes 4 nail polishes each retailing for the price of $8.00 (44.50 Lei).

From Resort Collection I chose No More Film and Pink a Boo shades. Each bottle contains 13,5 ml of product.

Recently I discovered a new makeup brand called Flirt! Cosmetics and my first post about it was Flirt Holiday 2010 Makeup Collection. Since I’m from Europe it took me a while to find out more about this brand because its products are only available in the U.S. Yesterday I received a few products from Flirt Cosmetics and I want to show them to you since some of them are included in the Holiday 2010 Collection.

I will be reviewing each product separately later on but for now here’s a sneak peek of upcoming reviews on Chicprofile. I’m very excited to test products from new brands and I’m quite impressed with the packaging of Dreamy Eyes Eyeshadows. It’s a very sophisticated packaging but elegant and chic in the same time. The packaging comes with a built-in mirror for each eyeshadow but judging by the size of the black case I would expected a bigger eyeshadow inside. You could say it’s a waste of packaging and it’s quite big for the small shade inside but the mirror has quite a normal size and let’s not forget the stylish opening. Inside the case you will also find a mini eyeshadow applicator which should be very useful if you carry the mono eyeshadow with you in your purse and you want to retouch your makeup. Do you remember my post about Vichy’s contest to win a free sample of Normaderm Tri Activ Imperfection Hydrating Care? Those of you who took part and build your favorite bag on Vichy’s facebook page had the chance to try the New Normaderm Cream.

Yesterday I just got a package with lots and lots of samples of this product. Is suitable for oily imperfection prone skins and even the most sensitive ones so I’m really curious to test it out since my skin is both sensitive and oily.

Yesterday I just got a few products from Max Factor Xperience Collection for Fall – Winter 2010 and I just wanna do a short preview to show you girls what will be the products that I will review later on.

The collection is already available in the shops, drugstores, supermakerts and even online @maxfactor.co.uk so I’m guessing some of you already purchased a few products.

I received the Weightless Foundation SPF in Raw Silk 45 shade (14.99 Eur) and I previously did a preview post about this products where you can read more details. The new foundation provides a flawless coverage with a weightless feel. It’s suitable for sensitive skin and it won’t clog your pores. It says that is oil free so I’m really curious to see how it will behave when I will tested on my oil skin type. Comes in a 30 ml tube but I would rather see it in a bottle with pump. Last week I ordered my first Coastal Scents eyeshadow palette. I’ve been seeing so many Coastal Scents 88 palettes used by makeup artists and normal girls for tutorials on youtube that I had to buy one for myself. I just received my 88 Metal Mania Palette this Monday but the weather it’s been so gray that I couldn’t take such good photos and swatches.

This post will be a short preview of this palette and since I will post a lot of photos today I will do another post with swatches tomorrow. A couple of weeks ago I received two products from Nephria. I don’t know how many of you heard about this brand, I honestly just discover it last month so these are my first products to try out from Nephria. For starters I’ve got the Jade Serum and Jade Beauty Bar.

I’ve been using these two product for almost a month now so I will post a review for each one of them very soon.

Both products are packed in green boxes with Nephria Logo on them and even the bottle of Jade Serum is a pale green. Nephria Jade Serum comes in a 40 ml (1.35 fl oz) transparent bottle with a pump and it’s available for sale for the price of $76.50.

Jade Beauty Bar it’s actually a facial soap, a very interesting product with multiple benefits and it’s available for sale at the price of $34.00. This is a special soap so you need to use it according to the recommendation.

Hi Girls!

I’m really a beginner when it comes to false eyelashes but recently I’ve received a couple of different models of false lashes from Ardell. I’ve tried applying false lashes only one time and there was definitely a new touch to my makeup look.

I know Ardell lashes are very popular and they come in so many different sizes, types and colors so I had to try them. For now I will just post a preview with photos and information about each pair of lashes and hopefully later I will get the courage to wear them.

A couple a weeks ago I posted about a new eye cream that is going to be launched this fall by La Mer. I’m talking about The Eye Balm Intense which I received a couple of days ago and will be available in department stores starting from October 2010.

Since my skin has the perfect relationship with La Mer products I wanted to try this new balm so badly but I couldn’t help it to make this short preview post. I will return with a review in a few weeks because I wanna take my time to notice the effects and results on my skin.

I know the price may be a big disadvantage for some of you but from my experience so far with La Mer’s products (and my eye cream from La Prairie) a little goes a long way and the results are amazing. My favorite character from this collection is Wanton Woman and I know how crazy this might sound because her makeup is all about blue colors and you know me, I’ve always avoided blues and greens. She looks fabulous rocking that blue makeup and I don’t know if I’m gonna come just a little bit closer to her look but I’ll give it a try tomorrow.

I’m still thinking if I should do my eyebrows in blue…but I’ll have time to meditated over it tonight. I’m not promising to post my photos tomorrow because as you know I’m terrible when it comes to blue makeup.
