If not, use a punchy shade in just one area of the face, like your eyes or lips. When condition are humid and sizzling, work with the heat, don’t fight it. Avoid waterproof products – they’re a pain to take off!. Instead, choose cream formulations that blend into the skin and give a glow. The result will be sexily smudgy.

To create the blue eyes, warm a sea-blue eye pencil between your hands, the apply it to the back of your hand. Dipp in an eyeshadow brush ( a cotton bud works, too) and smudged the color along the top and bottom lash lines.
