Rouge Bunny Rouge launched their second fragrance collection named Provenance Tales which includes three new unisex scents.
With unique eclectic flair Alexandra De Montfort draws both textural and philosophical inspiration from the elements of earth, water, air and fire in her trinity of opulent scents that shape the second collection. Expect the unexpected. Accords smoulder, fizz and take flight, feeling as refreshing as effervescent liquids or tumultuous air, as grounded as the earth less trodden in the garden’s deepest forests. Each fragrance glows with the power of divination, manifesting its auspicious story through a beautifully crafted aroma that promises a more vibrant, magical way of living. Choose from shadowed-silver flacon engraved with fire, horns or wings and revel in the release of your personal augury.
Rouge Bunny Rouge Embers Unisex Fragrance – €129.00 – 50 ml/ 1.69 fl oz
Embers accepts no reproach, exacting attention with tiny sparks of pink pepper, nutmeg and clove; hot and cold spices in balanced contrast.
This landscape of tempered heat engages the emotions, wrapping and weaving with obscured familiarity. Gently stoked incense rises, trailing memories of sunlit mahogany temples, the warmth of ritual fires and the smooth-cool touch of ancient stone. An enveloping mystic aroma grounded by resinous styrax and labdanum’s ambery tones. Together lending a soft, opulent incandescence that smoulders with the promise of something equally beautiful emerging again. Sandalwood’s
milky nuance and evocative aroma of young green woods, coupled with Peru balsam’s seductive billows, continues the deeply pure signature.
When roused by the heat of the skin the eagerly awaiting embers of this modern oriental are ready to leap and burn again, renewed from what it once was to even brighter flame.
Oriental Ambery Accords:

Rouge Bunny Rouge Cynefin Unisex Fragrance – €129.00 – 50 ml/ 1.69 fl oz
Cynefin’s sprightly herbaceous overtures, fizzing in delight, evoke curious consideration. What at first appears exhilarating and light leads to much deeper connotations.
In an assured greeting Davana’s chameleon-like balsamic, green and herbal tones, laced with camphor and peppery angelica, infuse the composition with perpetual energy. All the while floating on the scented crest of this effervescent wave is a sense of recognition and belonging that sweetly vibrant lavender wakes from slumber. Ever present, graceful and suave, this lilac -hued protagonist is happy in its own company yet clearly conducts the throng of oscillating notes in flight. The impression of soft Nappa leather from crushed violet leaves brings a balancing masculine edge that diffuses as if the clean and fresh aroma is rising after rain. Sensual musks overlaid with amber add a rich velvety softness and a dry woody trace, ensuring this scent born from the moment water meets air is full and burgeoning.
Flooding throughout the fragrance with the fizz and hiss of escaping vapour, Cynefin unexpectedly draws back the veil of the everyday to bestow an overwhelming sense of joy.

Rouge Bunny Rouge Silvan Unisex Fragrance – €129.00 – 50 ml/ 1.69 fl oz
Silvan’s sensual aroma is drawn as much from shaded earth, leathery leaves and forest trees as it is from sunlight streams and coursing air alive with the refreshing bite of bitter green.
Blending aromatic juniper berries with sparkling grapefruit creates an addictive opening that’s cool and composed. This distinct signature continues to please as it smoothly transcends the deepest accords with surprising dexterity. In the serene shadows of an encompassing heart its golden light flickers like a will-o’-the-wisp flitting from tree to tree. Here guaiac wood, intertwined with soft spirals of smoky incense and vibrant black pepper, is rich and exotic when lit by mysterious glow. Then, propelled by precious spice, patchouli’s salty-sweet liquorice licks glide with smooth inky reach from cedarwood dry down towards radiant greenery in unlikely but pleasing exchange.
Born from the joy of preternatural harmonies and infused with the forest’s mantle of wisdom and calm, Silvan blissfully simmers on the skin, being smoothly melded and beautifully refined.
Woody Spicy Musky Accords:
Top Notes: Grapefruit, Juniper Berry, Pepper
Heart Notes: Incense, Guaiac Wood
Base Notes: Cedarwood, Musk, Patchouli

I haven’t smelt any of these fragrances yet but I’m feeling much closer to the Silvan fragrance as I’ve always preferred the woody base notes, not to mention the name of this fragrance is related to a close friend. Which of these new scents do you prefer?
