Hello beauties!

Lancome Hypnose Palettes come in a variety of shades and they are very well known among makeup lovers. So it happens that my new Lancome 5 Eyeshadows Palette comes in Beige Brule, a combination of five brown, nude and rosy shades, perfect to be used on a daily basis. Who doesn’t appreciate an eyeshadow palette in nude and classy tones, one that you can use to create an everyday, casual makeup look that you can wear at the office and why not even at school.

Lancome Beige Brule Hypnose Palette ($50.00 for 3.5 g / 0.12 oz) offers 5 classic neutral eyeshadows, one double eyeshadow applicator, a mini brush and useful mini makeup tutorials on how to create different makeup looks.

I personally always loved a nude palette that combines light and darker shades of beige, rose and browns and Lancome Beige Brule is just one of my favorite. I’ve been reaching out for this palette in my makeup drawer pretty often over the past few weeks, mostly in the morning when I wanted to create a fresh, casual or classic makeup look.

Lancome Beige Brule No.1 is a light rosy beige with a soft matte finish and can be used as an all over shade. It has a super smooth, buttery consistency which feels a bit powdery but applies beautifully on the lid. It is not very pigmented and it comes on very natural, perfect for a nude makeup.

Lancome Beige Brule No.2 is a very light peachy-pink with a soft satin finish. It has this incredibly smooth and soft consistency, just a pleasure to touch it. It applies and adheres well onto the lid without being extremely pigmented.

Lancome Beige Brule No.3 is a very dark brown with neutral undertones and matte finish. It can be used to define the eyes, applied in the corner of your lid or smudged underneath your lower lash line. The color looks more vivid applied over an eyeshadow primer or cream base but is not extremely pigmented. I had no fall-out during the application.

Lancome Beige Brule No.4 is a medium chocolate brown with a soft matte finish. This would make a great crease color, blended with the rest of the shades from the palette and can be used to create depth. It has a smooth and velvety texture with no fall-out during the application.

Lancome Beige Brule No.5 is a light shimmering pink beige with a metallic finish. This one is the brightest of all 5 shades and goes perfect as a highlighter on the brow bone or on inner corner of the lid.

None of the eyeshadows is extremely pigmented, as they were not actually meant to be very bright or intense. This palette is more about the casual and classic look so these are the kind of shades that would offer a medium pigmentation and intensity. They all apply well, blend easily and don’t have any fall out during the application. They didn’t feel dry or patchy in any way, on the contrary some of them have such a smooth and fine texture.

The palette comes in a black luscious plastic case with a mirror enclosed on which you can see a foil, just a like a mini tutorial on who you can combine these shades. The palette also comes with a duo-ended sponge applicator and a brush which may come in handy if you are on the go and you just want to quickly retouch your makeup and don’t have your brushes with you. In this palette you have all the shades you need for all over, lid, crease, highlighter and liner to customize your look.

I had over 8 hours wear with these eyeshadows, without creasing or any signs of fall-out during the day. So if you are on the lookout for a nice, classy combination of nudes and browns with a very smooth texture then you should give Lancome Beige Brule Hypnose Palette a go.

Absolutely gorgeous, neutral, palette – great ‘every day’ shades that could easily be smoked up for more drama!

Very subtle and sophisticated shades of neutrals that are universal. Beautiful palette.
