I know it has been a long time since my last post, I’m sorry about that but anyway I’m here now. Maybe I’ll post about all this unexpected absence of mine sometimes soon but for now I want to go back to product reviews.

Rich nail polish is a beautiful dark chocolate brown color which is part of Change It Up! spring collection by Kinetics. I love dark nail polish colors and Rich is one of them. It’s very opaque, even after applying the first layer you can see the strength of this color. I know it goes well on shorter nails but I wasn’t ready yet to cut mine, because I had more nail polishes to review and not all of them would look great on short nails.

Rich nail polish – 2 layers – no top coat

This time because we are talking about a dark intense nail color I’ve applied a base coat. I have like 3 or 4 base coats for split nails, strong nails enriched with calcium, growth serum and one of my favorites is the base coat for yellow nails. This time I’ve applied the last one because I don’t want to see my nails starting to get yellow since I’ve been using and testing nail polishes non stop. Change It Up! Spring 2010 Collection is one of the most colorful collections by Kinetics in my opinion. Includes 7 beautiful polishes in bright, pastel or dark colors, just enough for everyone to choose a favorite.

Bon Paris is by far my favorite color from the entire spring collection. At first I didn’t gave it to much credit, but after I’ve seen the color on my nails I was definitely in love with it. Bon Paris is a purple grenadine color, very beautiful and opaque.

I’ve applied only two layers of Bon Paris to get this result. The texture is creamy but fluid enough to make the application a pleasure. The brush was also very helpful, it picked up enough product and glided on my nails without living lines. This color is one of my favorite and it looks so shiny even without a top coat.

If you remember last week I’ve posted a preview about Kinetics Change It Up! Spring 2010 nail polish collection. If you did read the post then you will probably guess that my first review will be dedicated to Rosebud nail polish and you will know why.

Rosebud is one of the seven nail polishes included in this spring collection. Matte One Night top coat is the product that completes this collection. It was design by the people at Kinetics to mattify any nail polish for unique finish effects.

Rosebud is a vibrant beautiful pink shade, just my favorite shade of pink, very sweet and creamy.
