The most interesting products from this collection seems to be the new Illuminating Eye Colors that I talked to you about in a previous post and which are released in 3 new shades but also let’s not forget about the new Lip Crayons. The new Folklore Makeup Collection is inspired South and Central American Civilization and is a rich, earthy and tribal collection really different from the other spring collections.

Laura Mercier releases new makeup products for summer and the rumor has it that next month a Summer 2013 Folklore Collection will become available. I’ve decided not to publish anything about this collection for now because most of the products are already available online and at Laura Mercier counters for weeks now and the only novelties will the new Laura Mercier Summer 2013 Illuminating Eye Colour shades that I’m going to present you today and 3 new shades of Lip Crayons. The 3 eye color shades are already available online but they are not presented as being part of a specific summer collection. We shall see in the future when the official info will become available.

Another release of beauty items for Christmas 2012 is the new Laura Mercier Art Deco Muse Collection, launching next month in shops after the previous holiday releases of Bath & Body Collection (official info & promo photos) and Laura Mercier Christmas 2012 Makeup Collection & Gift Sets (info & promo images).
Eyes are sharply designed and defined – lined in black, with gilded shimmering eye colors as a beautiful golden background. Lips wear super-shiny red lacquer – boldly painted on to make a stunning statement. The face is contoured, sculpted, and a true work of art.
