Teddy Violet Eyeshadow & Lipgloss – Review, Photos & Swatches

Hello everyone!

Today I’m going to review this cute Teddy Violet Eyeshadow & Lipgloss. I found this little one starring at me trough the window of a makeup shop last week, in one of those days when I didn’t post anything on my blog. It has no name written on it, it doesn’t belong to any brand so I just though I should call him Teddy since the packaging resembles a little bear.

Honestly I just bought him out of pity (his eyes are killing me) and because he does look cute. Being a 3 in 1 product if you consider the mirror attached to his behind beside the violet eyeshadow and his small head posing as a lipgloss this Teddy was actually very cheap – only €1.15 / 5.00 Lei. Hi girls!

Recently I discovered a new makeup brand called Flirt! Cosmetics and my first post about it was Flirt Holiday 2010 Makeup Collection. Since I’m from Europe it took me a while to find out more about this brand because its products are only available in the U.S. Yesterday I received a few products from Flirt Cosmetics and I want to show them to you since some of them are included in the Holiday 2010 Collection.

I will be reviewing each product separately later on but for now here’s a sneak peek of upcoming reviews on Chicprofile. I’m very excited to test products from new brands and I’m quite impressed with the packaging of Dreamy Eyes Eyeshadows. It’s a very sophisticated packaging but elegant and chic in the same time. The packaging comes with a built-in mirror for each eyeshadow but judging by the size of the black case I would expected a bigger eyeshadow inside. You could say it’s a waste of packaging and it’s quite big for the small shade inside but the mirror has quite a normal size and let’s not forget the stylish opening. Inside the case you will also find a mini eyeshadow applicator which should be very useful if you carry the mono eyeshadow with you in your purse and you want to retouch your makeup. Today I’m gonna do a fast review about Clinique Color Surge Eyeshadow Soft Shimmer. It’s a mono eyeshadow that I’ve been using for quite a while now. I’ve got the 06 Frosted Blossom shade which is a beautiful pale pink, with soft shimmer finish.

Max Effect Trio Eye Shadow is another product I got to review from Max Factor Colour Effect makeup collection for summer 2010.

The new makeup collection contains 6 Trio Eye Shadows in bright and bold color combination which are already available in drugstores and beauty shops for a price of £ 6.49. The quad that I will review today is Max Effect Trio Eye Shadow in 05 Sweet Pink and honestly is my favorite from the entire collection because it has exactly the shades I use constantly for a day makeup look.

The other quads have to intense colors for me so I’m happy that I’ve got to review Sweet Pink.

This quad includes 3 beautiful colors in cranberry pink with pearl shimmering finish, a darkish brown pink and a pale pink which can be used on the brow bone as a highlighter.
