This is a preliminary information post about one of the most expected MAC Collections of the year. Fabulous Felines Makeup collection will launch this Fall, I don’t know the exact launching dates yet but I will keep you posted.

This is an unofficial photo featuring Puss in the Boots from Shrek . It’s just my variant of a promo photo.

This years fall colour story feautures soft, subtle coordinating tones in 3 colour waves. One in greyed-down tones of blues and purple/lavender, another pulls in more honey and amber tones, and the third goes deep and smokey with a grenish cast. A coordinating trend bag will be featured with each collection, fabulous feline introduces Superslick Liquid Eyeliner in 9 shades. I just couldn’t help it writing about these killer shoes designed by Pierre Hardy for Balenciaga after I saw these photos the other day on Style.com. I’m crazy about shoes and especially those shoes that are trendy, have special exquisite design and can take your breath off only by looking at them.

I even dare to say that shoes are the most important accessories for me and I love them more then makeup. So as I was saying, these block-heeled loafers that are lavishly bold made me stare at those pictures for a few minutes. So many colors, different fabrics and mix of textures makes them so unique, modern and futuristic in the same time.

Tom Pecheux the new makeup director at Estee Lauder has reinvented the Pure Color cosmetic line. He replaced the old neutral shades with vibrant hues for fall that are heavily pigmented in colors and textures.

When he started working for Estee Lauder in November 2009 Pecheux declared “Makeup is such a fashion accessory – I’d like to highlight that part of the brand, and also bring a playful touch to the franchise,” .

You’ve probably seen the new colors during Derek Lam’s Fall 2010 show and backstage Pecheux used the vibrant navy blue and sparkling copper from the Pure Color line to create the cowgirl-inspired eyes.
