I decided to post a quick preview of Giorgio Armani Fall 2013 Makeup Collection based on the information I gathered from Armani Fall 2013 Fashion Show which took place last month. I specially delayed this article because I wanted to write first a sneak peek post of Giorgio Armani Summer 2013 Makeup Collection (preview & photos).
“The theme of the show is garçonne, so the look’s more about the character of a woman rather than simply a feminine boy,” said makeup artist Linda Cantello about the Giorgio Armani beauty look.
International Launch Date – Fall 2013 (exact launch yet is yet TBA)
If you are interested in finding out more about this collection follow me after the cut.
Linda Cantello makeup artist chose for this show a minimal makeup for the models in shades like black, grey, lavender and champagne. The grey and taupe shades from Eyes to Kill Eyeshadow Quads Palettes in #01 and #04 were used to create this makeup look.
For the lips Cantello mixed two of the Rouge Ecstasy Lipstick line in Bordeaux and Lavender (launching fall 2013) for a colder lip tone. Maestro Foundation was used for the skin while the nails were painted in the new shade of Nail Lacquer, Night Viper (see photo bellow) launching also this fall.
Although models wore knit hats, Aldo Coppola hairstylist Roberta Bellazzi ensured faces were framed by tufts of black bangs. Hair was treated with Aldo Coppola Hair Mineral Relax and loaded with extensions, then slathered with L’Oréal Valance 3 Texturizing Mousse and braided into up-dos at the crown. Customized by face shape, extension ends were crafted into bangs that tufted from underneath the hats.
