Chanel will launch next week Versailles de Chanel Winter 2012 Collection, inspired by the Chateau de Versailles, the same location which earlier this year hosted the presentation of Chanel Cruise Collection. As the name suggests the collection was inspired by the architectural design of famous French palace “Château de Versailles”.
Availability
France Launch Date – 1 December 2012 exclusively at Chanel stores on rue Cambon and Avenue Montaigne in Paris.
International Launch Date – 4 December 2012 at Chanel couters

This beautiful compact which is the star of this collection features an embossed relief of an architectural detail from the famous Château de Versailles.

I’m afraid of trying Chanel nail polish since I’ve bought one of their special limited edition shades in a pale pink and it has the most terrible formula of all and it looked so streaky and uneven. I said I’m done with their le vernis.

I missed reading your posts, actually hadn’t even realized you were back to blogging until recently, even though it looks like you’ve returned for quite some time hahah I live under a rock I guess. Oh goodness, that LE compact! I’ve been tempted by Chanel before, but never omg absolutely had to have something. They just had to go put Versailles on it LOL can’t resist things like that. Do you think you’ll be getting anything from the collection?
