I’ve already posted photos and names of the colors from OPI and Katy Perry Collection for Spring 2011 in a previous article so now I’m bringing you the official photos of this new nail polish collection.
We are thrilled to work with such prominent pop music icon to collaborate,” said Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI’s Executive Vice President & Artistic Director. “Katy is known worldwide for its innovative style and she surprised us again and again with her colorful nail designs. When we heard how crazy nail polish on Katy, we could her the chance to collaborate on this glamorous collection just can not resist!
The new collection includes 4 nail colors and one top coat who gives nails a cracked/leopard finish.
Availability
January 2011 – @ulta.com and ULTA stores.

- Teenage Dream – dreamy pink glitter, where you are certain to fall!
- Not Like the Movies – this lush silver is the real deal
- Last Friday Night – cool blue glitter
- The One That Got Away – amazing deep purple berries
- Black Shatter – top coat
It appears that Black Shatter will be a permanent product and the same as the nail polishes will retail for 13.95 Eur.

Expensive I would say and even though the colors seem pretty the price makes me look the other way. How about you girls?

Hi Camelia! I know they sell this @Sephora but I’m wondering what will be the price in Romania.14 Eur seems way to much for an OPI shade considering a Chanel is 17 Eur.

I hear Seche is a great brand for top coats, I haven’t tried it yet but I seat it at Ulta whenever I am buying my OPI nail polishes. I am going to have to look into it sometime.

But seriously, awesome collection! I am not a big fan of Katy Perry, but somehow she seems to be very popular, so a good selling image for the already very popular OPI brand…

I can’t wait to try that crackle top coat. I wonder if it could really look like leopard spots, or if it would just end up looking like a mess? I also really like the two pink polish shades, and the blue one!

I love all 4 of them, cant wait for them to come out as I wasn’t too impressed with the Burlesque collection from OPI. I did get most of the Swiss collection though!
