Hello my dears!
Today I’m gonna review Illamasqua Glam Cream (preview post), a product that is part of the Body Electrics Summer 2010 makeup collection. I’ve got only 2 products from this collection but I’m curious to know what you bought for yourself and if you like the products.
I love the simple and elegant design of Illamasqua Glam Cream and the black color they chosen for the packaging makes it really chic. What can I do if black is my second favorite color after pink?! 
Some of the things you should now about this cream is the tube that contains 36 g (1.27 oz) of product and the price of £ 22.50. You can still find it available online @Illamasqua website. Is available in only one color: Flex.
It is actually a 2-1 one product because is suitable for face and body. I used it simple on my face but I didn’t like it that much then because I was too white (before my summer vacation where I got my tan) and I choose to mix it with my foundation.
Actually it was a great idea because the Glam Cream contains iridescent, pearlescent pigment that lift and highlight and gave my skin an instant brightening effect. After I returned from vacation the cream looked great on me even without using the foundation. When I’ve applied it on my body it really gave a nice shimmering effect to that bronzed skin.
Here I am wearing Illamasqua Glam Cream mixed with my foundation – that’s white I was before my vacation.
It’s a white cream but once you applied it on your skin turns into a very sheer pink cream with pearl shimmering effects. As I said if you are too white you should probably get some tan before you use this because honestly I didn’t like how my face was super glittery and white.
One thing I don’t like about this product is the packaging. You really need to squeeze it good a couple of times before the product gets out and because the tube is black you can’t tell how much is left inside.
I just used it two times on my face because during the summer I tried to avoid using extra creams since my complexion is oily and tends to release more oil when is super hot outside. The texture is light and feel incredible on the face but because has that pearl shine effect doesn’t make a good pair with my oily skin.

I feel the same way Steffi, but at least in Germany you can find more products than here in Romania.

Can this be used with a tinted moisturizer or just moisturizer alone?

Yes it can. You can mixed it with your tinted moisturizer or you can apply it after your daily moisturizer. I didn’t liked to apply it all over my face because of those tiny shimmering particles.
I like how you can use this with tinted moisturizer. That makes the product that much more appealing.
