Hi everyone!
There are only 3 more days until Illamasqua releases The Art of Darkness Collection for fall – winter 2010. I’ve been reading about this collection a lot and I’m charmed by those beautiful promo photos that I’ve shared with you in my preview post at the beginning of September.

16 September 2010 – @Illmasqua.com

Luxury British beauty brand Illamasqua invites you to enter a world where seeing is believing, and believing can be dangerous…
A place in which the lines between the real and the mythical, the past and the future, the living and the dead are never clear. A twisted world where anything can happen.
Deep in an enchanted forest, the scene is set for a sumptuous feast. The chosen have arrived. Lured by the promise of immortality, a host of fantastical beings try their hand at creating the ever-elusive Elixir of Life. Where this night will end, no one knows…
So take your place at the table and let the banquet begin…
The ‘Art of Darkness’ is a sumptuous selection of jewel-like shades for eyes, lips, nails and body. This mythical array of lavish tones is as intense as it is opulent. Indulge your extravagant side and revel in the other worldliness of night-time make-up…

I think the presentation is also amazing…Illamasqua really knows how to sell its products. They always have so amazing stories behind every collection and their promo photos are just gorgeous. So much attention to details when it comes to presentation.

That blue lipstick looks dangerous for me
i love the intense lipgloss
Intense Lipgloss in Hermetic is a bit scary.
It will look scary on me because my skin is too white…I will probably look like a vampire
I don’t get this brand. Sure it looks amazing, like theatrical make up, but I just cannot see how I could use it in an everyday look, too shimmery and glittery, and dark.
