My nail polish reviews from Kinetics Change It Up! Spring 2010 collection are almost over. I have only 2 more nail polishes to review and Urban is one of them.
Urban is light gray color with a creamy texture. I’ve applied a base coat prior applying the two layers of Urban nail polish. This pastel gray shade can be worn beautifully on same long as short nails.
The texture is creamy but I had no difficulties with the application, the brush did its job great this time so everything went smoothly, without lines or other problems. The color is shiny on its own so you need only a shining top coat for a better protection and long lasting color.

On my left hand nails I’ve applied one layer of top coat so I can compare them after a few days.
Urban nail polish – 2 coats + top coat
This time I haven’t applied the Matte One Night top coat. I guess I’m not into gray shades and this time I wanted to see how the color resists without any help. 
I just want to mention that I’ve applied a base coat before applying the 2 layers of Urban polish so on the nails from my left hand I have like 4 layers of polish ( 1 base coat, 2 nail polish, 1 top coat).
Urban nail polish 5 days later
In my previous review post I just said that I don’t want to cut my nails but I guess they decided they want to go short on their own, so I had a little accident on my nails, both on right and left hand. I guess my future reviews will be with a lil bit shorter nails.
Let’s take a look at those nails wearing a top coat.

I can say the color looks OK after 5 days but you can’t ignore the chipped ends from my little finger.
Urban nail polish – no top coat – after 5 days
Well this is a nice surprise. Look at those ends and notice only small chipped ends barely visible. No top coat, no help with this color and it’s still here after 5 days. Excuse my short nails but as I said before I just had a little incident.

I adore this color! I’ve been really into pastels lately, and this one is so pretty and unique. I don’t know where to buy Kinetics though

Hi Rebecca! I’m really glad you enjoyed this review and loved the color. Actually as far as I’m aware in my country I’ve seen Kinetics nail polish only in salons so far and not on beauty shops. Try ordering from the internet if you really know what you want.
ooh this is a nice color. I prefer greys with a little more brown in them, but this would look nice for winter I think

Hi Gio! It’s nice to hear that you enjoyed the review. Everyone is into pastels lately while I’m on the other side with dark nail polishes. I dunno what’s going on with me.
