Hi everyone,
I know it has been a long time since my last post, I’m sorry about that but anyway I’m here now. Maybe I’ll post about all this unexpected absence of mine sometimes soon but for now I want to go back to product reviews.
Rich nail polish is a beautiful dark chocolate brown color which is part of Change It Up! spring collection by Kinetics. I love dark nail polish colors and Rich is one of them. It’s very opaque, even after applying the first layer you can see the strength of this color. I know it goes well on shorter nails but I wasn’t ready yet to cut mine, because I had more nail polishes to review and not all of them would look great on short nails.
Rich nail polish – 2 layers – no top coat
This time because we are talking about a dark intense nail color I’ve applied a base coat. I have like 3 or 4 base coats for split nails, strong nails enriched with calcium, growth serum and one of my favorites is the base coat for yellow nails. This time I’ve applied the last one because I don’t want to see my nails starting to get yellow since I’ve been using and testing nail polishes non stop.
The color is really gorgeous, very elegant and the application was also flawless. The texture is creamy but glides beautiful on the nails, the brush was OK this time, no lines left behind. After 2 layers of Rich polish my nails were shiny and looking perfect.
I still had to apply one layer of top coat just to see the result after a few days.
Rich nail polish – 2 layers + top coat
As you already know this collection comes with a mattifying top coat which is probably the best matte top coat I’ve used so far. It brightens up colors just a little bit, it makes them matte but with a soft finish and the best thing about this mattifying top coat is that all polishes are meant to last for at least 5 days without problem, and I’m talking about natural nails here so if you have gel on your nails you would probably get bored with the color before you will see a chipped nail.
Rich nail polish – 2 layers + 1 layer of Matte One Night top coat
Well guys I don’t know about you but I’m definitely in love with the Matte One Night top coat. All the colors seems to look great once I apply this mattifying top coat.

Rich Nail Polish 5 days later
First let’s take a look at those nails where I’ve applied a simple top coat.

Rich nail polish + top coat – after 5 days
5 days is a normal period of time for wearing a nail polish, well unless you are easily bored with the color. These are my natural nails so the color will not resist so much like when you are wearing gel on your nails. A few chips here and there so will probably wanna change this color after 4 days.
Now it’s time to see how my nails with Rich and Matte One Night top coat look like.

Rich nail polish + Matte One Night top coat – after 5 days
Do you like the result? I bet you do. It’s incredible how the color is almost perfect and looks the same like in the first day. No chipped end but of course you can see the color fading towards the top of the nail which is only normal. I told you guys I love this mattifying top coat.
I hope this review was helpful and fun to read. Let me know which one of the variants would you prefer wearing it.
