Hello my dears,
Today I will review Sun Worshiper nail polish, one of the six colors of the Poolside Summer 2010 Collection by China Glaze.
This collection includes only bright colors and Sun Worshiper makes no exception from the rule. A few days ago I reviewed Pool Party nail polish from the same collection.
Sun Worshiper is an orange neon, with very fluid and light texture and with a matte finish. Once I applied it on my nails I realized it’s kind of transparent so 2 coats weren’t enough to make the color look more opaque. I’ve applied three coats of Sun Worshiper and in the photo bellow you can see the result.

I apologize for the photo quality (I still haven’t bought a new cam) and the shadows. Because the color has a matte finish I wanted to try and see how would it looked like if it were shiny. So, I’ve applied one layer of top coat and you can see the result in the photo bellow.

Sun Worshiper – 3 layers of nail polish + 1 layer of shiny top coat
Which one of these two variants you prefer? I’m more happy with the shiny Sun Worshiper. The 14 ml bottle has a retail price of $ 6.50 and it’s already available. For more information check out China Glaze website.

Let’s take a look together at the next photos and see how this color looks after 3 days of wearing it.

How do you like the results? I guess if you like neon colors and you don’t mind changing your nail polish every 2 days, you should give this color a try. On the other hand, if you like me, a girl that likes chip resistant nail polishes and doesn’t want or doesn’t have time to chance her nail colors so often, you should look elsewhere.
I hope the information and photos from this review were helpful for you guys.

Although these chip faster, one thing I like about them is that they also dry faster. Even though I use a fast drying top coat, regular polishes still take longer to be completely dry and this doesn’t take as long. I often do my nails before bed, so sometimes something that dries faster would help! I like this colour on you too.

Hi! You are right about that, they do dry very fast.I usually do my nails during the day so I can take photos while it’s natural light.
I haven’t worn my favorite nail polishes for so long.

I think your problems qith chipping may be the topcoat, I have had this polish on not for 4 days without a chip. I use 2 coats of China Glaze Fast forward top coat
I’m not a fan of neons. I can’t pull them off. It shouldn’t chip that much that fast.

Hi! All the neons that I’ve tried chipped very fast. I know that Essie Fall 2009 collection had 2 neons (Pink Parka and Bright Tights)and they were so terrible similar to these ones.
I love this! The review is spot on.
A good neon that didn’t even think of chipping after three days for me with no top coat nor application issues is Sinful Colors Summer Peach. This is a NEON orange, like the road signs, with a beautiful glow and wear. $1.99 at Walgreens. Check my mani with it on my blog, though my pictures don’t come near to it’s brilliance.
