Hi everyone,
I just received a hot piece of information from Max Factor. They are getting ready to launch Vibrant Curve Effect Lip Gloss. This very new lip gloss has been seen in the SS 2010 catwalks.

Makeup artists have used the Vibrant Curve Effect Lip Gloss to create special makeup looks for those beautiful models. I’m very happy to know that lip glosses have been back on the catwalk for the last couple of seasons.
Max Factor introduces a stunning new collection of high shine lip glosses, which combine a unique applicator and glossy vibrant shades, to leave your lips looking more curvaceous and fuller.

Max Factor Vibrant Curve Effect is available in 10 beautiful shades ranging from shimmering nudes to perfect peaches and popping pinks. The new lip gloss will be available in store from April 2010 at a retail price of £7.99.
Those 10 beautiful shades are:
- 01 Understated
- 03 Trend Setter
- 04 Me me me
- 06 Vibrant
- 07 Smart
- 08 Dominant
- 11 Fashion Leader
- 12 Urban Queen
- 14 Majestic
- 15 Intuitive

Co-designed by Max Factor’s Global Creative Design Director Pat McGrath, the stunning ten colour shade palette offers a beautiful range of eye-catching colours to keep you on lip popping trend for SS10. In addition, new Vibrant Curve Effect features an intelligent ShineSculpt applicator specially designed to hug your lips, delivering precision application and curve accentuating shine.
Max Factor Vibrant Curve Effect made its debut at Issa when Pat McGrath used the lip gloss in Trend Setter to create a full and lustrous pink pout against a backdrop of beautiful baby fresh skin and Tribal Jewel Eyes. Pat McGrath says ” Lip glosses have been back on the catwalk for the last couple of seasons. Ideal to glam up any make up look or to add depth to a neutral lip, lip gloss is back as a make up essential.”
Max Factor’s Vibrant Curve Effect lip gloss has a fun flash of iridescent glitter in a bright, ‘popping’ colour base, and all shades are really flattering, easy to wear and a great way to add color and curve-accentuating shine to your lips.
The beauty is in the lip wand…
The new ShineSculpt applicator has been designed using insights from backstage make up artists’ to ensure it fits the lip shape perfectly, and delivers precision application for curvaceous, fuller-looking lips. The base of the wand glides smoothly over lips, while the tapered, super soft edges give precision from corner to corner. In addition, the surface of the applicator is grooved to hold more gloss which is released evenly across the lip as it glides, delivering smooth shine and curvier looking lips. With a high-shine, non-sticky formula, Vibrant Curve Effect lip gloss gives, together with the applicator, extreme lip-compatibility for fuller-looking lips with luscious shine.

I tested a couple of these in my local Boots and didn’t bother getting any, just didn’t seem very impressive to me.
Hi Anitacska! These lip glosses are already available in your country? I’m impressed cause they will be available in UK only in April. What was that you didn’t liked about them?
I am in the UK!
There are about 5 colours in my local Boots. The colours are all washed out, not intense at all, just didn’t interest me enough to pay £7.99 for one.
Thank you so much for the info. I should get some of these shades next week. After I will give them a try I will post the reviews. Please be sure to check them out and let me know what do you think of them.

these left alot to be desired for me. i bought two, me me me and trendsetter.
waste of money
colours are washed out and do not “pop” as promised. the gloss isnt glossy, and it feels like lipbalm not lipgloss. the glitter is lack lustre.
wil definately not be re purchasing
Hi Cords! I also got 2 lip glosses Me me me and Vibrant and I’ve already reviewed them both. I really like the color of Me me me in the tube but it’s so sad they look so sheer on the lips.

I don’t know where it can be found in your country but in mine, Max Factor products can be easily find at the drugstore.
