Bobbi Brown Metallic Lip Color in Coral Glaze – Review, Photos, Swatches, Lip Swatches

I will review today one of the new three shades of lipstick included in the Bobbi Brown Cabana Corals Collection for Spring 2010.

The color that I received to review is Metallic Lip Color in Coral Glaze, a limited edition lipstick. It’s available for sale on Bobbi Brown’s website for the price of  £ 15.50 ($ 22) for 3.5 g ( 12.oz ) of product.

I like the packaging and design of the product. The black color and Bobbi Brown simple signature makes it looks elegant and sophisticated.

Coral Glaze is a pale orange shade with shimmer particles that can be noticed in these close up photos.

Once it’s applied on the lips looks more like a light coral shade with multi-dimensional shimmer.

It feels light on the lips, giving them a natural shine and color, doesn’t leave any lines so it’s quite the right shade for a casual make-up. All the lip colors from Cabana Corals collection contain high-shine emollients so you won’t have that feel of dry lips while you are wearing it.

As you can see is not a pigmented lipstick and I can’t say that it very resistant and it will last on your lips for hours. It’s just a nice shade and you must reapply it every time is needed. To make this color pop I’ve used the Shimmer Lip Gloss in Coral Sand on top of it. The combination was really gorgeous with more color and water shine effect.

If you are a fan of coral shades you should give Bobbi Brown Cabana Corals lipsticks a try because they come in 5 different versions.
