If you’ll choose Ginger Lily you must know it’s a fiery color with a little bit tendency towards metallic shades. This burnt orange shimmer is one of the classy colors that can look great on any type of skin.

I can’t say it’s my favorite color of this collection because I prefer pastel color or very vibrant pink lacquers.

I’ve applied the nail polish without any problems, texture is light and the perfect brush makes the polish to glide easily on the nail. Two coats of nail polish were enough to get the final look.

2 coats of Ginger Lily

I haven’t applied any top coat because the color is a little bit shimmery and those metallic reflects pop up the color. I would recommend the using top coat only if you want to keep this nail polish on your nails for more than 5 days.

Ginger Lily – no top coat – 5 days later

Although I’m not so into this color I must say it’s a chip resistant nail polish. Just look at the photo and words are useless. These are my natural nails and I lacquer that can resist for so many days gets my entire appreciation.

The color is still vibrant and in spite of all the dishes that I’ve washed it’s still looking great. icon smile Orly Ginger Lily Nail Polish from the Bloom Spring I 2010 Collection Review + Swatches Way to go Ginger Lily, you are indeed a chip resistant nail polish.
