You are very lucky ladies because purple and violet are the stars of the fall. They are very trendy this season and all famous brands included this colors into their makeup palettes, nail polishes and even on fashion clothes collections. My advice: Avoid white, beige and black if you have a very light skin color. You can use black outline on the upper eyelid in combination with the recommended colors.

BLUE EYES
Pink, brown, orange, purple, turquoise, whichever of these colors compliments blue eyes, but, depending on your skin tone, you can use gray and black outline on the upper eyelid. Test electrifying colors.

GREEN EYES

BLACK EYES
Despite the general idea that is not recommend to use colors close to your iris color, black eyes are best put in value by the dark shades.
Recommend shades: navy, gray, dark purple, black.
But you can feel free to use any color, because the chromatic correspondence of iris with lashes and eyebrows allows you this..
