First of all , she  recommends us  a nutritional program from Kérastase in three steps: Step 1 – Bain Satin 3, Step 2 – Masquintense, Step 3 – Nectar thermique, followed by Noctogenist for night.

I heard only good things about Kerastase Nectar thermique. For the first time the heat becomes the ally of dry hair. Fully nourished the hair is no longer assaulted by the heat and becomes a silk veil. Last week I read a recommendation about this great product and I decided to try it out, cause I didn’t want to damage my hair. After bath I use the hairdryer, and although after this I’m using Wella Lifetex to protect my ends and make them shine, I was looking for a product that will protect my hair from the harmful effects of heat-styling tools.

Kerastase Nectar Termique also gave me shine from roots to ends and improved hair straightening and drying performance. I’m still using it in combination with Wella Lifetex and I can say the make a great couple.

My  hair is now protected against breaking and brushing becomes more easy. After you dried your hair with a towel you can start applying a walnut-sized amount of Nectar Termique throughout the lengths of the hair. Gently massage your lengths and ends and pay attention to the driest areas. Comb through (don’t rise) and style with a blow dryer or a flat iron.

I’m using first the hair dryer and after I apply Wella Lifetex and use the flat iron.
