If not, use a punchy shade in just one area of the face, like your eyes or lips. When condition are humid and sizzling, work with the heat, don’t fight it. Avoid waterproof products – they’re a pain to take off!. Instead, choose cream formulations that blend into the skin and give a glow. The result will be sexily smudgy.

To create the blue eyes, warm a sea-blue eye pencil between your hands, the apply it to the back of your hand. Dipp in an eyeshadow brush ( a cotton bud works, too) and smudged the color along the top and bottom lash lines. Lips and cheeks got a simple wash of shimmery pale pink – doing this will ensure all eyes are on you.

Or you could try a block of color – blend it all over your lids and just beyond the crease of the eyes. Translucent greens or soft pinks are lovely on pale skin, and olive greens, violets, blues and fuchsia-pinks look dramatic against olive skin. Asian skin come to life with coral, peach and bright pink, while black skin can take intense color in any hue. Avoid icy or white undertones, though, as they can look cold and ashy. Team your bright eyes with bright lips, but mix up the textures – try translucent lipgloss with full-on eye color, or a highly pigmented lip or cheek shade with a sheer veil of color on the eyes.
