Although George agreed on his girlfriend recovering at his house he didn’t agreed with the plastic surgery. Sarah is very thrilled with her new asset and she’s considering having a naked photo shoot for Playboy. One source said “Now that she’s famous, she would never go back to waitressing”.
After they had a big fight, the 47 years old actor, left the house leaving Sarah to find out from the press that, they are no longer a couple.
